Darksiders II: Deathinitive Edition Found Online In Listing

Back at the beginning of the year, we heard tell of a Darksiders 2 next-gen up-rez. It's not like Nordic games denied it when this let slip either who said the listing that was found was "undeniable". And just as I was then, I'd still be excited about seeing the game come back. While I don't like the amount of 'remasters' currently being bandied about, I think they are best left to good games that flew under the radar. Darksiders 2 fits that description to a tee.

Just in case we needed it, here is further confirmation that it is coming. An Amazon that is still live shows the game, artwork and price, surprisingly before it seems any press releases were sent out. The game is listed for $39.99 and has what I assume will be a placeholder date of December 31, 2015.

It also has this artwork with the inventive name of 'the Deathinitive Edition', which is very obvious pun, but I dig it. This all but confirms the game without a doubt. Now it is just a case of when will we see it.
