Despite Terrible Weather And Road Conditions Thousands Attend The Women's March At Sundance
The roads were a mess with Parley's Canyon shut down to anyone who didn't have four wheel drive or chains. It was snowing, cold, and rather miserable. Despite all of these factors thousands of people attended the Women's March hosted by Chelsea Handler in Park City, Utah. The small mountain town was already pushed to the breaking point with the Sundance Film Festival in its opening weekend but many braved the conditions and the hassle to peacefully march down Main Street.
While Hollywood is already in town to promote their various movies to distributors several made sure to come out and support equal rights for all. Actor Nick Offerman made sure to call out Piers Morgan for suggesting a 'men's march.'
Fox News is also reporting that others were in attendance such as Charlize Theron, Maria Bello, Mary McCormack, Kristen Stewart, Kevin Bacon, Benjamin Bratt, and John Legend. The march is one of many being held across the world to protest President Donald Trump.
