Dishonored 2 Announced With Playable Female Protagonist

Dishonored really captured my imagination when it came out in 2012. It was refreshing new AAA IP at a time when the industry was stuck in a gritty, grey shooter funk.

That's why I'm super excited to take a trip back to Dunwall in the newly announced Dishonored 2. Bethesda announced the new game was coming at their E3 press conference, but didn't elaborate on a time frame.

This time around though you will have the chance to play as Emily Kaldwin, daughter of the empress in the last game. She was voiced by Chloe Moretz in that game, but she hasn't been confirmed as returning yet. This trailer shows her in action and it's very cool. I'm all about this.

Don't worry though. You can play as Corvo if you so please who has all of his own moves too. Colour me very excited.
