"Do You Love Humanity Enough To Save It?" – Tom Hanks Featurette For Inferno
Tom Hanks is returning to play Professor Robert Langdon for a third time in the upcoming film, Inferno. The fourth Langdon novel by writer Dan Brown is once again in the hands of director Ron Howard and this time the cast includes Felicity Jones, Ben Foster, Irrfan Khan and Omar Sy.
In Inferno, Langdon awakes in a foreign country with no memory and a modified image of Dante's Inferno in his pocket. It leads to a race against time as a man-made world-wide pandemic is about to take place and only the 'Beat Cop of History' can stop it.
Hanks previously appeared as Langdon in both The Da Vinci Code and Angels & Demons. The third novel in the series, The Lost Symbol, has yet to be adapted.
Inferno opens October 28th.
