Exclusive Reveal: The 3D Look Of Titan's Sherlock Blind Box Collectibles
During the International Toy Fair in New York, Titan Merchandise revealed the poster for their new collection of blind box vinyl figures based on the hit British TV series (and much watched in PBS in the USA) Sherlock. And the crowd went wild. Seriously, there was a distinctive flurry of attention on Twitter. As someone who owns two Sherlock T-shirts myself and has visited the street the show is filmed on in London (with Rich Johnston who is also a fanatic), I can certainly understand the reaction.
Each figure is 3″ blind-boxed and some come with a character specific accessory and here's the original collection poster Titan soft-launched at Toy Fair for the series that will arrive in October 2015:
But here, for the first time seen are the actual "sculpts" for the figures and wow do they look exactly like the actors in the show. These may be the most facially detailed TITANS yet produced.
You're going to be able to order these Sherlock vinyls through Diamond for comic shops and the like, but also through the Forbidden Planet Website, where pre-order is launching, and you can find that link right here.
