Find Out How Long It Would Take To Finish Every Game On Your Steam Library
If any of you are avid Steam users, you will know the feeling of unused games building in your library. Maybe you collected them through the Humble Bundle or during a particularly cheap Steam sale. Perhaps after a night out on too many beers, you bought a few games to line your library. I'm guilty on all charges.
The interesting thing is that we lie to ourselves that we will get to all these games one day. That mythical, far off, one 'day'.
Here is an eye opening site that illustrates exactly how much we are lying to ourselves. It turns out, to get through your library, you're probably going to need to get quite a few days off. SteamLeft is a site that looks at your library and guesses how long it would take to get through every game. Just as a finally crushing blow, it translates that time into something relatable.
For me, it would take 1420 continuous hours. That is 59 days, 4 hours and 20 minutes, all in a row. The site tells me I would watch The Dark Knight Trilogy 186 times, drive across Russia 18 times or travel from the Sun to Pluto at the speed of light 130 times.
