Finn Jones Quotes Lei-Kung The Thunderer

Lei-KungFinn Jones, the star of the upcoming Netflix series Marvel's Iron Fist, posted the following image on his instagram account. The image shows a quote from Lei-Kung the Thunderer. Lei-Kung is an important part of Iron Fist's origin as he is the one who takes young Danny Rand in and trains him. He is also the father of Davos aka the Steel Serpent.

It's unknown how much time we will see of Danny's time in K'un-Lun, but there has been speculation since season one of Marvel's Daredevil that we will be seeing the Steel Serpent as his symbol appeared on the bags of drugs being made by Madam Gao.

Now the quote is from Iron Fist: The Living Weapon #3 by Kaare Andrews. So Jones could just be posting a particular line he really liked.

Iron Fist will make his debut on Netflix sometime in 2017.
