First Trailer For Murder Mystery Thriller 'The Limehouse Golem'

The Limehouse Golem is a murder mystery that premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival last year and is beginning to make the rounds in limited and wise releases. The movie is being billed as the infamous murders before Jack the Ripper. The movie is being directed by Juan Carlos Medina from a script by Jane Goldman (Kingsmen, X-Men: First Class) based on a novel by Peter Ackroyd. The movie stars Olivia Cooke, Bill Nighy, and Douglas Booth.

A series of murders has shaken the community to the point where people believe that only a legendary creature from dark times – the mythical so-called Golem – must be responsible.

The Limehouse Golem will be released on September 1, 2017 in the UK with no US release date yet.
