Is Grace Park Returning For Hawaii Five-0 Season 8?

Season finales are always fun and frustrating for fans. They tend to be big, tense and have cliffhangers or at least questions going into the next season. Just look at shows like The Flash and Arrow, in one we don't know when we'll see the star again and in the other we don't know if the star will have any of his cast mates back. But most of the time we assume that the actors involved know… I mean, they would need to know so they can make plans for more work. But it turns out, that's not always the case like with Grace Park and Hawaii Five-0 Season 8.

Park is on Hawaii Five-0 and is a genre fan favorite for her time on Battlestar Galactica, but she has been with the rebooted cop show for seven seasons. But will it be eight? Seems the actress doesn't know. Her character of Kono is last scene leaving the team and getting on a plane to Carson City. So she could come back, but when Park was asked about her future on the series by Nick Maslow, she told him:

I don't know as of right now. I did go talk to Peter Lenkov the other day, who is the showrunner, but it's still undecided as to what's going to happen. But of course I have hopes for it to go well, but I'm not sure what's going to come from all this.

Hawaii Five-0 Season 8 begins this fall on CBS.
