How Will Iris West Deal With The Season Finale Of The Flash?
We have some information on season 4 of The Flash. The series will pick up six-months later and Barry Allen (Grant Gustin) is still in the Speed Force. Actress Candice Patton talked with TVLine about how Iris West is grieving the loss of her fiancee and best friend and she hasn't come to terms with it yet:
We still don't have Barry out of the Speed Force. Iris is really struggling to deal with that, and she does it in her own way.
Patton, who won Best Supporting TV Actress at the Saturn Awards, was asked about her character assuming a larger role with Team Flash and how she might be involved in trying to get Barry back:
That's a very interesting question that I can't really answer!
The report also talked about a new character being cast for the season that will put the special effects team to the test.
The Flash returns October 10th on the CW.
