iZombie Takes On Alcoholism In Mr. Berserk Episode

In the upcoming episode of iZombie, Rose McIver gets to knock a few back as Liv Moore eats the brains of a journalist with a major drinking problem. Besides the uniqueness of being able to give your main character new strange characteristics each week, the personality pick-up from brain eating device allows the series to explore issues like alcoholism and PTSD without having to establish a new character each time. If you are watching the show, you likely care about Liv and what she is going through. This gives the series a chance to bring up serious issues without a lot of the build up other show would have to deal with

iZombie airs Tuesdays at 9 PM on the CW.
