Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom – 2 TV Spots and 3 Behind-the-Scenes Featurettes
We're a little over a month away from Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom, so that means it's time for some marketing. In the last week or so we've seen two TV spots. The first one is a bit uninteresting and features a lot of the footage from the island parts of the movie that we've already seen. The second is a bit more intriguing, since it features Jeff Goldblum as Ian Malcolm's testimony talking about we've changed the world. This monologue is making it sound more and more like the dinosaurs are going out into world instead of being sequestered on the island.
Next we have a couple of behind-the-scenes video that the official Twitter account has been sharing. The first is pretty basic as star Chris Pratt talks to his cast members about the first time they saw Jurassic Park. The second and third are a little more interesting because they involve make-up and the idea of continuity with something a simple as the dirt on people's faces. It also reveals the car camera rig that the movie used to shoot scenes where people are running, which is really interesting for people who like crazy-looking camera rigs.
Summary: When the island's dormant volcano begins roaring to life, Owen and Claire mount a campaign to rescue the remaining dinosaurs from this extinction-level event.
Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom, directed by J.A. Bayona, stars Jeff Goldblum, Chris Pratt, Bryce Dallas Howard, Toby Jones, James Cromwell, Ted Levine, Geraldine Chaplin, Rafe Spall, B.D. Wong, and Justice Smith. It will be released on June 22nd.
