Morgan Spurlock's Comic Con Loses A Name

Having the right to sign your work, to have your work credited, to be able to say "that was me, I did that" has been a long battle for comic creators. It's still far from being won.

Take this poster for Morgan Spurlock's much anticipated documentary about San Diego Comic Con, filmed last year. You can see the art is signed at the bottom right hand corner, one Matt Haley I believe.

And this is the actual poster. With a few bits of furniture rearranged… and one signature digitally removed.
