Peter Dinklage Joins Adam Sandler And Kevin James In Pixels

So, if you are Peter Dinklage and you've built up a crap load of Hollywood cred doing Game Of Thrones, what do you do next? Would you believe an Adam Sandler / Kevin James comedy?

In a film directed by Chris Columbus, Kevin James plays the U.S. President at a time when the Earth is being invaded by aliens… who believe our defense strategies are based on 8-bit video games like Pac-Man and Space Invaders… and have adjusted their attacks accordingly. So the president calls in his three childhood buddies who were video game phenoms. But being good at Centipede didn't prepare them for life and now they're losers. One is a TV mechanic (Sandler), another a felon (Dinklage) and the third is a conspiracy theorist (Josh Glad). Throw in Michelle Monaghan (True Detective) as a weapons expert and you basically have a nerd version of Armageddon. I wonder if they'll get Aerosmith to do a song for them…
