Russell Dauterman Draws Thor: Ragnarok Cover For Empire Magazine

As the promotional orgy for Thor: Ragnarok kicks into high gear, the film is the subject of the latest issue of Empire Magazine. To add some authenticity, Thor comic book artist Russell Dauterman has been tapped to draw the one of the magazine's variant covers.

(Editor's Note: Dat butt. Seriously, though — I'm digging Thor's feminine look here. Those look distinctly like fishnets and thigh-high boots. Who says Thor can't look glamorous while battling Death?)

The issue goes on sale on August 17th, but unfortunately for most of you, this cover is only available to subscribers, who should find it in their mailboxes any day now. For everyone else, you'll have to enjoy it digitally (like Grey Worm said to Missandei on last week's episode of Game of Thrones).

Thor: Ragnarok hits theaters November 3rd.

A prophecy once said that in the comic book industry's darkest days, a hero would come to lead the people through a plague of overpriced floppies, incentive variant covers, #1 issue reboots, and super-mega-crossover events. Sadly, that prophecy was wrong. Oh, Jude Terror was right. For ten years. About everything. But nobody listened. And so, Jude Terror has moved on to a more important mission: turning Bleeding Cool into a pro wrestling dirt sheet!
