The New Reboot Deals with Hellboy as a Killer, Plus New Image
Now that 2018 is coming to a close it's time to start looking ahead to 2019 and the big movies that are coming out. That means lots of preview images and issues. One of the movies that no one is really sure about is the upcoming reboot of Hellboy. The first trailer dropped and there was a mixed reaction from the internet.
The PR machine continues though as Empire Magazine dropped a new image and spoke to star David Harbour about the fact that this movie deals with Hellboy being a killer:
"There's really a sense that you're actually killing things, even if they are giants or monsters," Harbour says. "You're chopping their heads off, you're bathing in their blood and you're feeling the complex feelings of actually cutting the heart out of another thing. We're taking the time to deal with the fact that Hellboy is a killer. He's a weapon."

It's still a bit too early to tell whether or not this movie is going to be any good. They could easily turn around the marketing and get more people onboard. For now, it remains one of the biggest question marks of the early 2019 movie season.
Summary: Hellboy comes to England, where he must defeat Merlin's consort and Nimue the Blood Queen. But their battle will bring about the end of the world, a fate he desperately tries to turn away.
Hellboy, directed by Neil Marshall, will star David Harbour, Milla Jovovich, Sasha Lane, Penelope Mitchell, and Ian McShane. It will be released on April 12th, 2019.
