The Town That Dreaded Sundown Gets First Trailer

Half remake and half sequel, The Town The Dreaded Sundown is the latest film from producers Jason Blum and Ryan Murphy and ties to the low-budget 1976 film of the same name Charles B. Pierce. The new movie picks up decades after the Phantom Killer terrorized Texarkana when the murders start again and a teenage girl (Addison Timlin) is somehow in the center of it all. The film is directed by Alfonso Gomez-Rejon and written by Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa.

The Town The Dreaded Sundown hits theaters October 16th.
