Will Daniel Craig Take $150 Million To Continue As James Bond?
We've gotten a lot of rumors on who the next James Bond will be after Daniel Craig said he didn't want to come back… he says that a lot… Speculation has included both Idris Elba, Michael Fassbender and Tom Hiddleston to be the next OO7. But a new rumor from Radar says the next man with the License to Kill may be the last one as Sony is ready to offer Craig $150 million to return for two more Bond films.
It's expected that Sony will announce that they have re-upped the distribution rights for the Bond franchise, but they want to lock Craig in for another two films while the groom a younger replacement over time. The idea being a trilogy that will feature Craig in the first two passing the baton to the new secret agent in the third, creating the new era of Bond.
It will be interesting how true this rumor turns out to be.
