Monday Night RAW Opens with a Monster Among Men
On tonight's Memorial Day episode of Monday Night RAW, RAW opened up with a touching tribute to those brave men and women who gave their lives for us. It was a beautiful, moving tribute.
The in-ring action then kicked off with Braun Strowman coming out. He gave a speech about how motivated he was to win Money in the Bank and how he was going to win, and so on and so forth. He ended with a declaration that he was eager to face everyone.
His speech was then interrupted by the beautiful Finn Balor, who also insisted he was going to take back what was his. I think that's fair. Balor should have another shot at a title, but that's neither here nor there. Balor attacked Strowman, who tossed him aside like a doll.
Kurt Angle showed up, putting the feud on hold. He went into describing Money in the Bank, since at this point no one in the WWE Universe has ever heard of this idea before. He ended with calling an official match of Balor and Strowman, so I guess there's that — even if we had the same match last week.
