Elder Scrolls Online: Summerset is live in the Public Test Server, and after getting a taste of it at PAX East, I was excited to jump in blade first and actually get a crack at those brand-new soul powers that are the key gameplay change coming with the new expansion.
The Elder Scrolls Online Archives
The Elder Scrolls Online: Summerset is the latest expansion coming to Bethesda's Elder Scrolls MMO, and it was playable during Bethesda's PAX East event The demo itself was relatively short for a massive open-world game, with demo windows capped at 20 minutes So I went with a randomized character, kept my skill options pretty basic, and[...]
You can find more information, like pre-purchase bonuses, on the official site.
And of course, the expansion came with both a cinematic and gameplay trailer, which you can check out below.

In an attempt to continue cashing in on Morrowind nostalgia, Bethesda is bringing the Great Houses of Vvardenfell into Elder Scrolls Legends, which includes the traditional Three Great Houses of Hlaalu, Redoran, and Telvanni, as well as House Dagoth, and even the Tribunal Temple.

Alright, so after playing nothing but Final Fantasy XIV: Stormblood for a week, it took me longer than I'd like to admit to get back to The Elder Scrolls Online: Morrowind. Both expansions hitting back to back might just be enough to break a woman, but I thought I'd be up to the task.
I was not.
However,[...]
Horns of the Reach, The Elder Scrolls Online's latest DLC game pack – and the first since the massive Morrowind expansion – will be available in the in-game Crown Store and as part of ESO Plus membership this August The DLC game pack will include two new dungeons, Bloodroot Forge and Falkreath Hold, as well as a[...]
From July 5th-10th, The Elder Scrolls Online will be hosting an ESO Plus bonus event that will offer special rewards for current ESO Plus members, as well as a free trial of the optional service to all ESO players So if you've been wondering just what the ESO Plus can do for your adventures in Tamriel, now is the time[...]
And since Morrowind nostalgia is the main reason why we have The Elder Scrolls Online: Morrowind, that was the perfect way to kick off this trailer.
While this isn't exactly breaking news, I'm going to go ahead and tell you to watch this video anyway, because I can.
Join over 10 million players worldwide in the game that[...]

Don't lie to me.
According to the game's official site, early access is only available on the PC version due to the certification process required for the Elder Scrolls Online clients on consoles.
Anyone who pre-ordered the physical version of the Elder Scrolls Online: Morrowind Collector's Edition can get in early by following the steps laid out[...]
Sales for Bethesda's Elder Scrolls MMO, The Elder Scrolls: Online, are up pretty high. The game has now sold over 8.5 million copies according to a press
Bethesda's Morrwind expansion for The Elder Scrolls Online got a gameplay trailer this morning While the cinematic trailer and the Super Bowl spot gave us the hype needed to be excited about the expansion, there's something much more comfortable about having the gameplay footage Sure, it's still dramatic with quick cuts and long panning character shots,[...]
It looks like they'll prominently feature Prey and Quake as well as The Elder Scrolls Online: Morrowind and The Elder Scrolls: Legends.

The world of Elder Scrolls Online has gotten pretty vast and received its fair share of DLC, but none have piqued our interest more than the first major
I'm very interested to see how the The Elder Scrolls Online does on consoles Even though the majority of players who are still playing Skyrim today will likely be on PC, it's easy to forget just how big of a deal that game was on consoles While ESO has struggled to find a market on[...]
The Elder Scrolls Online may not have been the success that Bethesda wanted it to be, but I still believe there is a fair bit of value in the game Especially considering how the game got rid of subscriptions, it seems like it might be one of the best times to get involved if you[...]
I know I am not alone in trying out the Elder Scrolls Online beta, but never indulging in the full game While I genuinely enjoyed the mixture of classic Elder Scrolls gameplay and MMO infrastructure, the subscription model and initial buy-in was far to steep for me.
The game has now gone subscription free meaning a huge barrier[...]
So, I'm going to be interested to see what this does for the The Elder Scrolls Online's player base.
Today, the game's Tamriel Unlimited edition goes live For those of you who have forgotten, that's the version that does away with the pricey subscription model This is what many have claimed to be waiting for, so[...]
The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited was announced today, with news that the game was going to be free-to-buy The title will have a retail price, but will no longer require a monthly subscription The game will adopt the subscription free model on March 17th for PC players.
The long talked about console version has reared its[...]
That is why people were surprised when The Elder Scrolls Online announced it would have a high retail price and subscription on top That doesn't seem to have gone over too well either The game has had a fairly steady player base, but it's numbers have been far from stellar.
Well, it looks like the game[...]

Welcome back readers to another week of Live(ish) From The Games Shop. This week is about as light as it gets, with only one major retail release, and a console port playing catch up. Don't fret though there's still so much out there I'm sure one quite week won't hurt anyone.
Lego: The Hobbit, continues Warner[...]
