2025 Pop-Tarts Bowl Rolls Out Live Voting During the Big Game & More

2025 Pop-Tarts Bowl fans can vote live during the big game to determine who makes that delicious sacrifice: Team Sprinkles or Team Swirls.

That sound you hear? Why, that's the sound of us being only ten days away from ACC's Georgia Tech taking on the Big 12's BYU during ABC's 2025 Pop-Tarts Bowl on Saturday, December 27th. But with all due respect to both teams, the bigger headline-grabber is we're less than two weeks away from knowing who will be making the greatest sacrifice of all: Team Sprinkles or Team Swirls. With that in mind, we have two big updates to pass along. First, Pop-Tarts has unleashed a way for fans to make the ultimate decision during the actual bowl game (because who doesn't love down-to-the-wire drama?). That's Right! We've Got Live Fan Voting Happening DURING the Game!

• While the Pop-Tarts Bowl doesn't determine the college football national champion, it is making it easier for fans to choose which Edible Mascot team will be making the one-way trip into that big toaster with live fan voting during the game.
• Fans in the stadium and at home can cast their vote by texting "SPRINKLES" to vote for Team Sprinkles, or "SWIRLS" to vote for Team Swirls to 21523. Voting begins at 3:30 p.m. ET on December 27 and will culminate in the biggest sacrifice ever at the end of the game. Will it be Team Sprinkles or Team Swirls?
