AEW Dynamite Preview: New Presentation, Who Dis?

The Chadster is already having a terrible morning. Unable to sleep thanks to his wife loudly texting with that guy Gary all night, The Chadster decided to wake up early and look for some WWE to watch, only to accidentally end up seeing NJPW Wrestle Kingdom, which was an affront to WWE in multiple ways. Most notably, the former Sasha Banks made her debut in the company, literally stabbing Triple H right in the back, and she's probably going to show up in AEW next week. Then, AEW star Kenny Omega won the IWGP United States Championship. The Chadster was so cheesed off by all of this, that he barely even remembered that tonight is going to be even worse! Yes, AEW Dynamite is on tonight, and not only is Dynamite going to debut a brand-new look and feel, but the card is stacked as well. Auughh man! So unfair!

The full card for tonight's episode of AEW Dynamite is quite impressive. The Acclaimed will be defending the AEW Tag Team Championships against Jeff Jarrett and Jay Lethal in a sure-to-be explosive match. In the women's division, Jade Cargill and Red Velvet will face Kiera Hogan and Skye Blue in a highly-anticipated matchup. Bryan Danielson will take on the highly-skilled Tony Nese in a matchup sure to be full of technical displays. Swerve Strickland will face off against AR Fox, with Strickland's new stable and feud with Keith Lee looming. Chris Jericho will be stepping in the ring with the outspoken Ricky Starks, a match that's sure to be full of fireworks. The defending TNT Champion Samoa Joe will face off against the current number one contender Darby Allin, another match that is sure to be a classic. AEW World Champion MJF is contractually obligated to appear in Seattle tonight, and we'll get an update on Hangman Adam Page's condition. Finally, Jon Moxley will address the audience, and it's sure to be something special. All in all, it's sure to be an amazing night of wrestling, which is just so disrespectful to WWE and everything the company has done for the wrestling business!

Why can't AEW, NJPW, and all the others just go away and let WWE have the monopoly it has rightfully earned over the wrestling business? The Chadster is so tired of Tony Khan's constant attempts to try and kick WWE off its pedestal by making AEW's product more entertaining, more accessible, and more entertaining. Somehow, Khan has managed to get superstars like Sasha Banks to jump ship from WWE, and now he's trying to change the look and feel of AEW Dynamite to further drive the point home. The Chadster just wishes he could do something to push back against Khan's insidious plot, but the truth is the man has more money and power than The Chadster could ever hope to have, even with The Chadster's high-profile job as a wrestling journalist. All The Chadster can do is sit back, grit his teeth, and watch as Khan tries to undermine WWE, a company that has given The Chadster so much joy over the years. It's all just so unfair, but it doesn't look like Tony Khan plans to stop anytime soon.

AEW Dynamite airs at 8/7C on TBS tonight. You can tune in… if you want to be a traitor to WWE and prove you don't understand the first thing about the wrestling business. Everyone else should skip it, and that's the bottom line 'cause Chad said so.
