DC Universe: Launch Date, Titans Release Date, Young Justice Clip, and More
It's time for an info dump. The DC Universe streaming service has released a ton of information about when we're going to get a chance to see the new service drop and other such goodies.
The big announcement is that the DC Universe streaming service will launch on September 15th. The service is promising to be the one stop place for DC fans to get all sorts of content including new and exclusive TV series, the impressive back catalog of animated movies, TV shows, and live-action movies, comics, and a community to help fans get connected.
One of the big shows dropping on DC Universe is Titans which dropped its first trailer during San Diego Comic-Con. However, if Titans is the main reason you're signing up for the service then you're in for a bit of a disapointment. As announced during the live-stream but also posted on twitter Titans isn't making its way to DC Universe until October 12th. Host of the live-stream Kevin Smith announced that Titans will make its debut at New York Comic Con which likely means they are going to go screen the pilot at a panel.
We also got some new pieces of art for each of the main characters.
The other shows exclusive to DC Universe, Doom Patrol, Harley Quinn, Young Justice: Outsiders, Swamp Thing, and Star Girl are all set to drop sometime during 2019.
Speaking of Star Girl, which was announced back in July, we now have a logo for the new series.
Fans of Young Justice can see a new clip from the new season featuring Nightwing and Oracle.
The DC streaming service launch is still going on so we'll update this article as we learn more information.
