Doctor Who: Once and Future Preview: Can The Doctors Be Saved In Time?

Big Finish's epic Doctor Who - Once and Future: The Union stars Paul McGann, Tom Baker, Alex Kingston, Carole Ann Ford, and more (???).

If you've been following our coverage of Big Finish Productions' Doctor Who – Once and Future, then you know that we're nearing the end of the 60th-anniversary celebration (save for a "final act" set for next year). But the audio drama series isn't going out quietly – as you're about to see in this preview for Doctor Who – Once and Future: The Union. Written by Matt Fitton, "The Union" brings listeners – and the Doctor – one step closer to learning the truth behind their being shot by a degeneration gun during the Time War. But the question isn't just about who pulled the trigger. Which Doctor was it that was shot? Was it the War Doctor (Jonathan Carley)? The Eighth Doctor (Paul McGann)? The Fourth (Tom Baker)? When you're dealing with the Doctor, those are the kinds of questions you have to ask. Helping them find the answers are River Song (Alex Kingston) and Susan (Carole Ann Ford) – with actress Maureen O'Brien (known to Doctor Who fans as 1960s companion Vicki). And while we're not ones to gossip – you're never quite sure who else might show up. This is Big Finish, people… you know they love surprises…
