Titans: It's Batman vs. Robin, as The Dark Knight Goes 'Injustice' in Season Finale (TRAILER)
So we've got some really good news and some possibly not so good news for viewers of DC Universe's live-action Titans series. The good news? Unlike the CW's Arrowverse crossovers (though they did name-drop him like someone told them they had the rights), the Titansverse is getting their own honest-to-goodness Dark Knight.
That's right: Batman is coming to Titans – as we can see in this newly-released trailer for next week's season finale 'Dick Grayson.' If you're Dick "Old Robin" Grayson (Brenton Thwaites), you already have a million reasons to avoid a reunion with The Caped Crusader (remember that whole "F*** Batman" phase?) – but after seeing this? You'll quickly understand where the not-so-good news is coming from…
Titans Season 1, Episode 11 'Dick Grayson': Dick takes a dark journey back to Gotham in the finale.
So we've got a dead Commissioner Gordon, a wheelchair-bound Jason Todd (Curran Walters), and Starfire (Anna Diop) as a police officer (???) – but the 250_lb. leather-clad elephant in the room? Looks like Batman's taken a page out of Superman's Injustice playbook and finally gotten around to killing The Joker (see above) – and a whole bunch of bad people. And apparently a bunch of good people (cops) looking to stop him.
Which means there's only one person left in Gotham to do what needs to be done: "Let's end this."
And yet…things seem a little off. Almost as if Dick's suffering from his biggest fear come to life. Hmmm…

Titans follows a group of young soon-to-be Super Heroes recruited from every corner of the DC Universe. In this action-packed series, Dick Grayson emerges from the shadows to become the leader of a fearless band of new heroes, including Starfire, Raven and many others. "Titans" is a dramatic, live-action adventure series that will explore and celebrate one of the most popular comic book teams ever.
Titan is written by Akiva Goldsman ("Star Trek: Discovery," "Underground"), Geoff Johns (President & Chief Creative Officer, DC Entertainment; "The Flash," "Arrow") and Greg Berlanti ("Arrow," "DC's Legends of Tomorrow," "The Flash," "Supergirl"). Goldsman, Johns, Berlanti and Sarah Schechter ("Arrow," "DC's Legends of Tomorrow," "The Flash," "Supergirl") are executive producers of the series from Weed Road Pictures and Berlanti Productions in association with Warner Bros. Television.
