Ex-Bones Actor To Co-Write Spider-Man Reboot

JohnFrancisDaleyReports say that Marvel and Sony have found their writers for the upcoming reboot of Spider-Man. Deadline is saying that the writing team of John Francis Daley and Jonathan M. Goldstein will be scripting the new film that will star recently cast Tom Holland as Peter Parker.

Daley and Goldstein recently wrote the script for the upcoming Vacation film, but Daley is more recognizable from his time in front of the camera playing Dr. Lance Sweets on the TV series Bones or all the way back to his time on Freaks And Geeks. The writers have worked together on Horrible Bosses, The Incredible Burt Wonderstone and Cloudy With A Chance Of Meatballs 2.

The yet untitled Spider-Man film is due in theaters July 28, 2017
