Evangeline Lilly Shares A First Look At The Wasp From Ant-Man 2
In honor of Jack Kirby's birthday, actress Evangeline Lilly has revealed a first look at what we assume will be her costume for The Wasp. It looks interesting.
So it looks nothing like the design we saw in Ant-Man or the design we saw on the concept art from Comic-Con International.
The main color that is missing that will make fans angry is the lack of yellow or gold. Wasp's costume is iconic and there really wasn't any reasons they couldn't find a way to pull it off in the movie. Even more so in a production that is almost a borderline comedy. However, it's possible this isn't the complete costume or maybe it's a prototype. It looks like she's in a school, so she could be dropping off or picking up Cassie. Lilly has been working hard to look like she could break her co-stars in half over her knee, and after all that, if they just put her in yet another generic black body armor, that's kind of lame for a Marvel movie.
Ant-Man and the Wasp, directed by Peyton Reed, stars Paul Rudd, Evangeline Lilly, Hannah John-Kamen, Michael Douglas, and Michael Peña. It will be released on July 6th, 2018.
