Superman Future State: Worlds of War Figure Revealed by McFarlane

DC Comics Future State shook up the foundation of the DC Universe with new stories, villains, and teams. We were seeing a glimpse of the future of DC Comics in this lineup of comics after the event of Dark Nights: Death Metal. Some stories were better than others, and some we really just needed more of it fleshed out. One of those stories was Future State: Worlds of War, featuring Superman on a new planet fighting for his life. Superman comes to Warworld to free the prisoners of this planet. However, he ends here stuck as a gladiator in the deadly pits of Mongul, giving readers some new and intense Superman action. This version of Superman is just a badass, and McFarlane Toys is bringing him to life with a brand new DC Multiverse figure. One teaser image has been showcased, giving DC Comics fans their first look at the figure:

"A fighter who fought for those that could not or would not fight for him." Superman from Future State: Worlds of War is COMING SOON!"

This Superman is incredible, and McFarlane Toys has really started to get in the rhythm of some great figures here and there. Their last Lois and Clark: Superman was incredible, and I have high hopes for this one. One of the best parts about this figure is accessories, of course, as a Superman shield and axe are included. Supes is featured in his Future State: Worlds of War costume with red colors, torn cape, power dampening collar, and new symbol. This figure just looks fun and I am loving the highly detailed head sculpt McFarlane has done here. I love how McFarlane gives us these new depictions and characters from the current comic lines as they are fresh and new. Pre-orders are not live for this Superman, but they should arrive later this week, and fans can find all current DC Multiverse figures here.
