There are 43 days to go. It won't need that to make its budget. UPDATE: It has already done that. It may need that to top a million dollars, however,

TOME 0  is the new planned book from 44 Flood, a team of creators you may recognise, Ashley Wood, Ben Templesmith, Bill Sienkiewicz, Chet Zar, David Stoupakis, George Pratt, Guillermo Rigattieri, Kasra Ghanbari, Matthew Bone, menton3, Richard Walters, Riley Rossmo, Scott Radke and Steve Niles.

Not bad. Say, I wonder if IDW will eventually publish it? Well, it is a hardcover 11×17" 180 page monster. Or… tome.

This year's TOME will focus on the theme of VAMPIRISM. Modern popular culture has shown us all kinds of depictions of vampires, from the silly to the subdued. The artists in TOME will each take 3-5 pages to explore what we think is a unique and relevant take on vampirism as a whole, including the misuse of power and the objectification and exploitation of others. And at the conclusion of each artist's contribution, they'll have a one-page interview conducted by another artist to continue their artistic exploration.

Interestingly, some of the more expensive donor rewards have been the first to go, with $1000 paintings, along with several art pieces for $400, $500, $600 and $800 from Templesmith, menton3 and more, selling as well. Indeed, comparatively the $25 donation to get the finished book has had relatively few backers.

Well they can add one more to that, at least.
