DC Launches New Frontiersman Teaser, But I Prefer The Cuddly Toys (UPDATE)

DC Launches New Frontiersman Teaser, But I Prefer The Cuddly Toys (UPDATE)DC Comics has launched a New Frontiersman teaser for Before Watchmen, based on the radical political newsletter from the original series. The first edition (with a "peel" that reveals the DC Peel logo) is dated 1977 and looks at the Keene bill, that will abolish superheroes. There's also a headline PUNKS INVADE ENGLAND, bemoaning a lack of costumed heroes in the UK who could stop the punkish riots there.

It's a shame the font is justified text rather than embedded unjustified type though. Also links lead to Twitter and Facebook pages as well as redacted script examples from the Crimson Corsair comic by Len Wein (without the nine panel grid, note) and embedded Wikipedia pages (ripe for abuse, there.)

Still, for all this, my real Watchmen attention has been drawn by these fellows, posted on Reddit and created by these guys.
