Decorum by Jonathan Hickman and Mike Huddleston Now Only 8 Issues Long
Decorum, the new sci-fi comic by Jonathan Hickman and Mike Huddleston, was Image Comics biggest launch title of the year. It only saw one issue published before the shutdown but in all the publicity, it was billed as an ongoing series.
CBR reported that "Writer Jonathan Hickman (House of X) and artist Mike Huddleston (Middlewest) will team up for Decorum, an ongoing sci-fi series from Image Comics." Syfywire said "Based on the sample interior pages, the new ongoing title will be adorned with an armada of camouflaged sailplanes, magnificent flying reptiles, angry android bounty hunters, and exotic alien worlds." While Image Comics themselves described the comic thus, "the bestselling, comics titan Jonathan Hickman (House of X, Powers of X, East of West) teams up with fan favorite artist Mike Huddleston (Middlewest, House of X) for an all-new, ongoing science fiction epic in Decorum. The series is set to launch this March from Image Comics."
However, when Bleeding Cool ran the new schedule for Image Comics for May and June 2020, there was a significant change. Decorum #2, scheduled for June 10th was now listed as #2 of 8, indicating that rather than some long-spanning sci-fi saga like East Of West or, well, Saga, it was to be a mere eight issues long. And it appears that the Diamond listings have been amended to match. These are the current listings.
