How Civil Warry Are Your Civil War II Crossovers This Week?

Marvel have cut back on their Civil War II crossovers this week, it seems. Mind you, it looks like they have cut back on most things and I am expecting another clean sweep for DC Comics in the week's Bestseller Chart on Sunday

But just how Civil Warry are this week's three Civil War II crossovers? We find out.

Just as with Guardians Of The Galaxy and Spider-Man, both written by Civil War II writer Brian Bendis, Invincible Iron Man #13 is very Civil Warry indeed. Lots and lots and lots of James Rhodes.

No, not the pianist, War Machine. With Tony Stark getting  incredibly maudlin. And a worldwide message by Captain Marvel that he's only just mentioned happened.

Ooh, just look at the face. So, yes, very Civil Warry indeed.

All-New Avengers is also probably a lot more Civil Warry than I was expecting, with Nadia Pym getting really upset that her favourite superheroes are fighting. And getting inspired by Janet Van Dyne's summation of the situation and trying to provide a solution.

But, no the accuracy isn't so much the issue as, to date, Ulysses has always been utterly accurate. Even if whether that's a predestination paradox, or a rejection of it, is often mixed. Still, fairly Civil Warry…

Squadron Supreme, in previous issues, established that a Ulysses prophecy needed the revival of Namor. So that's what people are trying to do, but it is the flimsiest of connections and isn't even mentioned here.

Although that's closer to House Of M than to Civil War II…

Civil War II #5 probably can't come fast enough for Marvel. Two weeks to go…
