Today sees the launch of Immortal Hulk #19, the continuing series by Al Ewing, Joe Bennett and Paul Mounts that has been putting bums on seats across the comics store market, readers and collectors alike. Billed as a horror comic, it has given us repeated imagery of the body horror of the Hulk, the creeping horror of Joe Bennett's blacks and the supernatural horror of sending Hulk to hell, and revealing that gamma radiation is, basically, magical in nature, bringing back so many affected by said radiation, from the dead.
