Justice League Dark – Where It All Began

The Justice League Dark animated movie was very well received and there is still talk about a live-action movie featuring the characters… but DC has just released this featurette focusing on the history of the team. Kicking off in 2011 as part of the New 52, the series featured a group of mystical / supernatural based characters that weren't really a team… nor were they the Justice League. After Enchantress defeated the regaular League, Madam Xanadu recruited John Constantine, Zatanna, Deadman and Shade: The Changing Man to take on the evil sorceress. They lost Shade early on, but Constantine was able to hold the team together. Later members include Black Orchid, Swamp Thing, Amethyst, Tim Hunter, Frankenstein and more. The video includes interviews with Mike Carlin, Jay Oliva and Constantine himself, Matt Ryan.
