Maybe Spider-People and Iron-People Shouldn't Be Friends? Ironheart #6 Preview

We're just gonna put it out there: maybe Spider-People and Iron-People should just kinda stay away from each other. We're all familiar with the events of Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers: Endgame by now, and if you aren't, well, the spoiler ban has officially listed, so you'd better click away from here now if you don't want to be spoiled.

In any case, in Infinity War, Spider-Man is killed by Thanos's finger-snap after heading into outer space with Tony Stark. And though Spider-Man returns in Endgame, it's Tony Stark who then dies, now that his protege is back to take over things for him.

And now, in this Ironheart #6 preview stolen from an AV Club EX-X-XCLUSIVE., we see another Spider-Man, Miles Morales, end up suffering for his association with an Iron person, Ironheart. It starts when Ironheart goes looking for a missing Miles Morales…

Miles has been missing after the events of Champions #4, and Riri is the best person to find him.

And that's because she won't "smother" him, even though they have been forming something of a friendship.

But when Ironheart does find Spider-Man…

See? Iron People and Spider People just need to stay the heck away from each other if they want to live!

Of course, we know Spider-Man will end up being okay… but then will Ironheart have to die?

Ironheart #6 hits stores on Wednesday.
