What Is The Mystery Of The Harley Quinn 25th Anniversary Sales?

The September 2017 charts had a little oddity in their top 10. Among the Batmen, the Metal and the Walking Dead was the Harley Quinn 25th Anniversary Special. Selling just under Batman #30 and #31 and more Metal spinoffs Batman: The Red Death and Metal Machine, and the first appearance of Princess in The Walking Dead. What was up?

Now, Harley is a popular character, true, but not often that popular. What's going on?

The comic had been made available for retailer exclusive covers, but even they aren't usually enough to place the comic so high in the charts. Now, they are not large enough for Loot Crate numbers — they might have been large enough for Nerd Block, but they went bust. But there is no suspicious difference between the dollar and unit spots on the chart, so inclusion in another subscription box, which get big discounts, can be discounted. Because there is no evidence of discounts. And I get the word that Harley Quinn 25th Anniversary Special cleared over 100,000 in preorders.

So the question is, who would order an extra 50-60,000 copies of the high priced Harley Quinn 25th Anniversary Special to push it to the top? And why?
