Pages Five And Six From Darkness #100. SPOILERS
If you are intending to read Darkness #100, stop now. This article contains spoilers for a neat little trick on pages five and six of the new issue and I'd hate to spoil it for you.
If however, you have no intention of buying Darkness #100 then read on. It might just change your mind.
This is page five of Darkness #100, out today. I got the McFarlane cover. Okay, now this comic does something rather interesting for what is intended to be a serious superhero/horror story that doesn't extend into the metafictitious elements that Alan Moore and Grant Morrison like to play with. It's not a comic you expect that kind of thing from. Above is page five of the comic in question. In which Jackie Estacado slices open his assailant in an unexpected fashion. Turning the page… I didn't know what I was looking at. Backwards lettering? What did it say… hadn't I just read that? What was… oh…
That's nice, isn't it? Isn't it?
