Amanda Waller continues setting up her role as the Big Bad of the DC Universe in 2024 with Green Arrow #7 and Beast World #3 both out from DC Comics tomorrow are heading in that direction. She's made a deal with Merlyn over in Green Arrow as well as taking his family, and he suspects her of the lack of a Justice League right now.

While in Beast World, she has another trickster in her sights, springing Lex Luthor from jail.

And while the multiverse tries to right itself, as well as the realisation that Batman is having quite the time right now with Zur-En-Arrh and Failsafe…

Amanda Waller also has her issues with Batman. Or rather something Lex Luthor took from Batman.

Could it be Batman's contingency plans to target weaknesses of members of the Justice League, Task Force X, and the Teen Titans, stolen by Lex Luthor and Maxwell Lord to incapacitate and defeat the Justice League? Or was that just during the Injustice War elsewhere in the multiverse?

Or could it be something else?
