Will We Get A Teen Titans: Raven One Shot As Well?

In Newsarama's solicitations for DC Comics in March 2014, next to the Teen Titans solicitations is a second image, by Kenneth Rocafort, above.

It's not in other websites reportage of the solicitations, nor on the DC website itself. Most would have considered it to be a variant cover for that issue's Teen Titans, and maybe it is, but the filename of the image was TT_Raven which might indicate a Teen Titans: Raven one shot, similar to the Suicide Squad: Amanda Waller one shot solicited for MArch.

Could we have received it a month early in error?
