Games For Change Announces 2023 Award Nominees
Games For Change have revealed their full list of nominees for the 2023 Awards, set to happen in-person again this July.
Organizers behind the Games for Change Festival have officially revealed their nominees for the event's 2023 Awards, set to happen this July. The awards will be returning as an in-person event for the first time since 2019, as it will be held during the festival at The Times Center. You can check out the full list of finalists below as we now wait for them to open up voting for the People's Choice award in the next few weeks.
Most Innovative Game – Recognizes games released in the past year across platforms that embrace experimentation and novel creative expression to pave new ways for the medium.

Best Learning Game – Recognizes games released in the past year across platforms that offer meaningful engagement around learning objectives and successfully balance educational objectives with fun, engaging gameplay.

People's Choice Award: Games nominated in the Best Gameplay, Most Innovative, Most Significant Impact, Best Health, Best Narrative, Best Civics, and Best Learning Game categories are eligible for the "G4C People's Choice" Award, which is awarded based on online votes from fans. Voting for the People's Choice Award will open to the public in the coming weeks.
