House Flipper Comes To Nintendo Switch This Week

Ultimate Games announced this past week that they would finally be bringing their indie hit House Flipper to the Nintendo Switch. The game has been a pretty good success for the company on PC, PS4, and Xbox One, but now you can have all the fun of fixing up homes you don't get to live in on the Switch. If you've never played the game before, it's what you might imagine from real life. You pick a home, see what's wrong with it and what the future owners want from it. You'll then clean it up, repaint, rebuilt, replace, and all the other fun things you would do to make the home liveable again. Then resell it to improves your own studio-sized shack you live in while looking for new homes to flip. The game is available in the Nintendo eShop for $25 and will be released on June 12th, 2020. You can check out more screenshots and the Switch trailer below, along with more details from the announcement.

"House Flipper is one of the most popular and top-rated simulators of recent years. The percentage of positive player reviews on Steam is as high as 88%. Now this best-selling, creativity-stimulating title will also reach the hands of Nintendo Switch owners. For the first time, virtual renovations will also take place on-the-go" – said Rafał Jelonek, COO at Ultimate Games S.A.

In addition to standard activities, such as wall painting, House Flipper also offers a whole range of other options. As part of renovation, the players can, for example, replace the electrical system, connect the heating system or install air conditioning. As the developers emphasise, the players can also count on – among others – hundreds of items, possibilities to destroy houses and various challenges.
