The Overwatch League Are Holding Their Own All-Star Game

Yes, it's true, the Overwatch League are holding an all-star game. Technically, since all of these players were drafted from teams that were made before the league, you could argue every match is an all-star match, but it looks like they want to make two teams made up of the best of both divisions to play against each other. But they want your input before the matches happen, as they're letting you to pick up to six players you'd like to see in the game. We have more details about the event below, which will be taking place in late August.

The Overwatch League Are Holding Their Own All-Star Game

All-Star Game festivities kick off on Saturday, August 25, with a series of custom games pitting Atlantic and Pacific All-Stars against each other. Then on Sunday, August 26, the Atlantic and Pacific squads compete in the official All-Star Game to determine which division is best.

But this isn't our All-Star Game, it's yours! You get to pick the starting six players who will represent each division. To vote, you'll need to login with your Blizzard Battle.net account, then build your Atlantic and Pacific rosters. Each roster of six can have up to two players from each role: offense, support, tank, and flex.

Voting for All-Star rosters ends on Sunday, June 17. The starting rosters will be announced the week of June 18. An additional 24 players—12 for each roster—will be selected by Overwatch League players, coaches, casters, and league staffers. The complete rosters will be announced the week of June 25.
