Rather than announce the third (proper) game in the series (which, by the way, really should feature the characters from Telltale's Tales from the Borderlands), 2K has announced a new version of the remastered collection featuring Borderlands 2 and Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel for Xbox One and PlayStation 4 – only this time it's very expensive.
Coming in at a whopping $399.99 (or £269.99), it obviously contains the two games with all the add-on content, twelve exclusive lithographs, and a collectible steel case. But the real prize here is the mustachioed, top-hatted Claptrap that is controlled by a smartphone app. Oh and he has a monocle. So if you didn't buy it when they put the last one out, which featured just a plain old boring Claptrap, then this is the one for you.
It's out on November 27th, and you can pre-order it at GameStop. If you do, then you're clearly a rich person, so well done for doing so brilliantly at life.
