Dragon Age: Inquisition Wins Game Of The Year At The DICE Awards

I really like the whole DICE Summit rigmarole each year. The talks that come out of the event about video games and technology are always fascinating. I've only caught one or two from this year as they've happened over the last two days, but I'll no doubt fall back into the show when I get some time over the weekend.

Last night the whole affair ended with its annual game awards, and despite Dragon Age: Inquisition being given Game of the Year, Middle Earth: Shadow of Mordor seems to be the big winner. The game won 8 awards, only falling in the Game of the Year category. It reminds me when I was at the BAFTA Game Awards in 2013 when Journey won all it's precursors only to fall to Dishonored for Game of the Year.

The voters seemed to really love the Shadow of Mordor story…to each their own I suppose.
