Expendables 3 Gets A Different Rating Than The First Two Movies
Expendables 3 has gotten a PG-13 rating from the MPAA. As opposed to the R ratings of the first two films. That could be good and bad for the film. Most people going to see the movie are expecting a certain level of violence and that would have to have been toned down for the younger audience rating. But this also opens up the movie to a wider audience and that could help ticket sales…
Though you'd have to think with a cast built on the exploits of older action stars, tapping into a younger audience may not be the overall plan.
