Every week, we get together and talk about the nerd news that has happened over the week, comics, and a topic for the latter half. We are a NSFW podcast, and all of our opinions are our own. The Nerd Dome Podcast Episode 105 – Make The Federation Great Again

After being sick from con crud I have returned to the podcast. This week we talk a bunch about the various trailers that dropped including The New Mutants, The Punisher, Black Panther, and Battlefront 2. I have a hard time wrapping my head around the fact that I'm excited about Fox superhero movies again while Ryan declares that X-Men: Dark Phoenix must be the greatest movie of all time. We also talk a bit about some New York Comic Con stuff and Charles talks about how smaller publishers should be pushing their material to retailers.

After a rather odd comic conversation we talked a lot about television. Before we got into Star Trek: Discovery we talked about The Gifted and Lucifer. Charles and I continue to proclaim Lucifer to be one of the best shows on TV that you should be watching. Meanwhile, we're all pretty happy with The Gifted so far. For Star Trek: Discovery only some of us are entirely caught up but we talked a bit about what we liked, what we don't like, and Kyle explains why he's having a hard time fitting this show into the Star Trek that supposedly follows it.
