New Gotham International Teaser Shows The Lunatics Will Run The Asylum

In a new international teaser trailer for Gotham we get to see a good look at the villains for season two, both returning and new. Plus we get a good look at Jessica Lucas as Tabitha Galavan / Tigress.

Gotham returns to Fox on September 21st.
