Star Trek's John Cho Joins Season 2 Of The Exorcist
John Cho, who may be best known from Harold and Kumar or the rebooted Star Trek franchise, is joining the second season of Fox's series The Exorcist. Season 2 of the horror series sees Father Tomas Ortega (Alfonso Herrera) and now defrocked Marcus Keane (Ben Daniels) on a road trip looking for evil. They are lead to a former child psychologist named Andrew Kim (Cho) who works with at-risk foster children on a private island in Seattle. One of the kids, as you would expect, becomes the target of an evil entity. Meanwhile, Father Bennett (Kurt Egyiawan) are trying to uncover those who are against God within the Vatican.
Cho, who has played Lt. Hikaru Sulu three times now on the big screen, with the most recent being Star Trek Beyond, will next be seen in Kogonada's Columbus, alongside Haley Lu Richardson and Parker Posey, which premiered at Sundance in January.
Season 2 of The Exorcist premieres Friday, September 29, on Fox.
