Superman VS Supergirl Is Going To Leave Some Scars
At the end of the last episode of Supergirl, when we see Kara (Melissa Benoist) being decked by her cousin Kal-El (Tyler Hoechlin), I think everyone assumed he was being mind-controlled by Rhea (Teri Hatcher). But there will likely be both physical and emotional fallout from the battle regardless of the reason. Hoechlin told EW.com:
"Any time you find yourself squaring off against someone that's family, it takes on a little bit more of a toll. But that's something you're going to have to wait and see to find out; it's a little more complicated than it appears."
More complicated, eh? Well, we know that Supergirl has to either win or someone break Superman from Rhea's control as Supergirl is around to fight Rhea in the end.
The Supergirl season finale is Monday at 8 p.m. EST on the CW.
