The Elder Scrolls Online Hits Xbox One And PlayStation 4 Today
I'm very interested to see how the The Elder Scrolls Online does on consoles. Even though the majority of players who are still playing Skyrim today will likely be on PC, it's easy to forget just how big of a deal that game was on consoles. While ESO has struggled to find a market on PC, perhaps it will find its audience on the Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
That case study begins today, as the game has launched on the consoles with the Tamerial Unlimited Edition. That's the version that does away with the expensive subscription service and just charges you the price of the game to play to your hearts content.
To celebrate the release, Zenimax have released this launch trailer which promises 'unlimited adventures'. That might be over reaching, but there is a ton of content in the game. You won't be lost for anything to do for a while.
